Announcements

Welcome

 Dear Bobcat Parents/Guardians,
As we enter the last month of the first semester allow me the opportunity to thank each one of you for your continued support of our mission – “Preparing Every Student for Success in College, Life, and Career”. I encourage you to continue to monitor the progress of your student and keep the lines of communication open with teachers, staff, and administration as we approach the end of the first semester.
In a few days, we will be sharing your child’s AzMERIT results with you. Scores will be mailed to you via US mail in November. You will receive a comprehensive family score report with detailed information about how your child performed on both the English language arts and Math portions of the test. Please know that this test represents just one of many measures that gauge your student’s progress. The results, while meaningful, should be taken in the context of how your child is doing on his homework, grades, and class participation.

  • School Visitor Policies

In keeping with our commitment to providing a safe school environment and working collaboratively with the communities we serve, we have adopted new policies, regulations and procedures regarding visitors to our schools or to PUHSD-sponsored events held off of PUHSD premises.

Governing Board Policies KFA (Public Conduct on School Property) and KI and Administrative Regulations KI-RA (Visitors to Schools) and KI-RB (Procedures for Visitors Communication or Access Restrictions) describe the conduct the PUHSD requires of a visitor.  These requirements are intended to ensure students, employees, and visitors are safe and a visitor does not interfere with the school’s administrative, educational, and operational programs.  Copies of KFA, KI, KI-RA, and KI-RB can be found by following this link: www.phoenixunion.org/visitorpolicy

If you have any questions about the policies, regulations or procedures, please contact Dr. Gabriel Trujillo at the Phoenix Union District office at (602) 764-1548.
